30-Day Return Policy
At Luxury Jewel Outlet (SDC ONLINE LIMITED), we accept free full refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange:

- State your reason for refund or exchange
- Provide your PayPal account information for refund processing
Note: Refunds will not be issued for returns requested after 30 days. Please allow a few days for refund processing.
Return Shipping Costs
Shipping cost responsibility depends on the return reason:
- We cover shipping: If you received an incorrect or damaged product (contact us immediately)
- You cover shipping: If returning items in good condition for other reasons
For multiple returns, ship all items together to avoid additional charges.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a refund or exchange:

- Items must be intact with no signs of wear
- Include all original packaging, labels, and boxes
- Product must be in original condition with all tags
- Email the original receipt and return tracking number to [email protected]
Important Notes
We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet our policy requirements. Rejected items will be returned to the original shipping address.
After receiving your return, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed promptly.
